Attendance dues costs

Attendance Dues Account - SCCC Education Trust - 03 0802 0033031 03

Attendance dues are paid to the propietors (SCCC Education Trust).

They are $1150.00 per year for each child (15% discount for 3+ children).

The total year's attendance dues must be paid by week 8 of Term 4 every year. To assist with household budgeting, regular payments can be made via automatic payments, please reference your eldest child's name. For children starting part way through the year, their fees will be calculated on the number of weeks they attend.

 

Activity related costs

Activities Account: Hillview Christian School - 03 1598 0061426 01

Activity costs may include, for example, sports activities, stationery items/Year 0–2 stationery packs, camps, outdoor experiences, technology materials, and optional extracurricular activities.

Payments can be made online to the account details provided above, or by EFTPOS or cash at the school office.

All curriculum-related activities will be covered under the Government Donation Scheme.

Here is an approximate guide to the cost of school camps:

• Year 4 - Overnight School Stay = $50
• Year 6 - Living Springs = $250
• Year 8 - Woodend Camp = $250
• Year 10 - Windy Point = $250

Statements for attendance dues and activities are sent to all families (the end of each term), with the final statements sent mid-late November. If you need assistance, or would like to discuss your account please contact the school office.

Donations/Benevolent Fund

The fund offers support to those within our school community facing financial hardship or difficult circumstances. Families can donate to this fund in support of others via the 'activities account' - reference Benevolent.
