Text alerts are used to communicate emergency information, school cancellations, and other urgent notifications.
Parents will be automatically enrolled into the text alert system when their child starts at Hillview School. However, if you have not received a text message within the first month of your child starting school, please Text HILLVIEW (capital letters) to 570. You will receive a confirmation text. If one is not received please contact the school office at office@hillview.school.nz to ensure your contact details are up to date.
The Hillview School Newsletter is sent to families every Friday during the school term. It includes a message from the Principal, highlights of what has been happening around the school, important notices, upcoming events, the term calendar, community information, and more.
We encourage all parents and caregivers to read the newsletter regularly, as it is our primary means of communication with the school community. If you are new to Hillview School and have not yet received a newsletter, please contact the school office at office@hillview.school.nz.
