Facilities Hire

For enquiries and information about booking the Hillview Christian School Gym, please contact office@hillview.school.nz. We will reply as soon as possible and let you know of the availability of the space.

(Please note the school office is closed during the school holidays, including Mid-December until the end of January. Emails are not cleared over this time, we will endeavor to reply to you asap on our return.)

WHEN: The Gym is available for hire weekday evenings (between 6:00pm – 9:30pm) and Saturdays only. The gymnasium is not available for use during school hours or after school most days (term time) as it is used by the school. Bookings must be 1 hour+ and for a minimum of 6 weeks.

WHO:  We hire to sports teams (1 – 2 teams practicing). We do not hire to tournaments or large groups. 
We do not take bookings, for one off occasions, or private functions such as birthday parties. Our hourly rate for use of the main Gym (1 - 2 teams) is $80 per hour (minimum 1 hour) + $100 key bond. *Rates will vary depending on the spaces you wish to hire and set up needs.
