We have a supply of all monogrammed items such as:
· bucket hats & caps, PE shirts, shorts and track pants, Junior boys’ summer and winter polo shirts and ALL senior uniform
As well as:
· Junior girls’ pinafores and dresses and junior winter shorts, senior & junior boys’ winter socks, junior boys grey summer socks and ALL senior uniform
We do not stock new junior boys summer shorts or any white school ankle or sport socks.
Second hand uniform
There is always a steady supply of second hand uniforms available year round.
Selling second-hand uniform
The uniform shop is happy to sell any good quality second hand items.
If you are wanting to sell 2nd hand uniform please collect a form at the office, this needs to be filled in with the uniform you are selling and your contact details. It can then either be dropped at the office or the uniform shop with the items to be sold.
The school keeps 20% from the sold price. Approximately twice a term you will be contacted if your items have sold and if you are owed money.
Ordering
Order forms will be sent out with your newsletter for each change of season (during term’s 1 and 3) and during term 4 for those children changing to senior uniform for the following year.
Please check these carefully for items your child requires as we need to order well ahead of time, failure to place your order on time will result in your items being late.

Girls white skivvies, white shirts, socks and tights. Junior boys’ summer/winter shorts and winter socks. They also hold a small supply of the girls’ pinafores, summer dresses and our monogrammed track pants and polar fleeces but please ring first to check if they have your size.
Postie Plus, un-monogrammed items: boys’ summer shorts, socks, tights, junior girls’skivvies /white shirts and bike pants.
Navy (NOT blue) plain woollen jersey/cardigan can be bought at either Mainland Uniforms or Postie Plus, however you will need to bring them to the Uniform Shop to be monogrammed.

Lost Property
Please be aware, that ALL un-claimed, un-named lost property will be returned to the uniform shop for re-sale. If your child has lost an item, please check the lost property boxes on junior/senior site regularly as items do seem to turn up days later. Please make sure your child only takes items that belong to them and does not help themselves to whatever is in lost property.
Please check that your child has not accidentally taken someone else’s uniform home by mistake (usually polar fleeces), as we have had many cases of this in the past.
Physical Education (PE) Uniform
This consists of: Monogrammed navy/red top and shorts, navy track pants (optional in cooler weather) plain white sport socks, sport shoes.
All PE uniform (apart from socks & shoes) can only be bought from our Uniform Shop.
The old style white PE polo shirt and shorts can be worn for at least the remainder of 2012. But will be phased out in 2013.
Underclothes
Thermals/singlets etc. worn under any uniform item must NOT be seen (ie. long sleeve thermals must not be worn under short sleeve tops).
Long Hair
If your child’s hair is below the collar it MUST be well tied back and/or up to keep it out of the child’s face and off the collar.
Hair accessories
Navy/black hair ties and headbands or ribbons (hair clips are to be plain - not fancy or coloured)
Shoes (all year)
BOYS - Black leather (lace up or velcro only) - Year 7-10 boys lace up only
GIRLS - Black leather (lace up, velcro, T-bar or U-Bar only)
(Please Note: Sport styled or suede shoes or boots etc are not acceptable and all footwear must have a sole of no more than 3 cm.)
Any shoe designed for shoe polish will most likely be the correct type of shoe)
Sandals (Term 1 and 4 only)
PLAIN black roman styled or velcro sandals. Must be worn WITHOUT socks – no variations e.g. gladiators
Socks
Ankle socks need to come up over the ankle, they must not be the low cut sport style.
Swimming
Boys – Togs and towel
Girls – One piece togs and towel
(Rash vests for sun protection are encouraged but not compulsory)
