Hillview Christian School has strong parent and community involvement. The direction and policies of the school are put in place by the Board of Trustees in consultation with the leadership of the South City Christian Centre. The school has a Home and School Association which also has an important contribution to make to the life of the school.

The Board of Trustees consists of five members elected by the parents of the students and four members appointed by the school proprietors. The Board meets once each month and parents are most welcome to attend.

The Home and School Association welcomes input from the school families. One of the main functions is the organisation of our annual school fair. The committee also organises other events that help link school to home. The school doesn’t belong to the board or the staff, but to the whole school family.
