Our Future

The integration of Christian schools has meant that Christian education has become accessible to a much greater number of families. This has led to a considerable demand for places at Hillview Christian School and the other integrated Christian schools in Christchurch.

We believe we have an obligation to provide as many places as possible for prospective students, so it is the intention of the Board of Trustees to increase the number of students to 565 by the end of 2010. This will be subject firstly, to approval from the Ministry of Education and secondly, to the continued blessing of God upon our school.

This will necessitate a building programme during the coming years as we seek to provide the facilities that would be required by a larger school. The building costs will need to be met by parents through the attendance dues that are paid to the school.
